Melting and Pouring Technology

  • Two Inductotherm induction furnaces -capacities of 500 kg and 1 ton, powered by a 750 kW installed power panel.
  • Capacity of to 750 kg of steel in a single piece.
  • We have a provision of 3 ton furnace.
  • At Ramesht we have bottom pouring as well lip pouring ladle which accommodate castings size of few kgs to 1000 kgs.

Moulding Technology

No-Bake Molding Process:

  • We have a No-Bake molding process with a 10 Ton/hr capacity mixer capacity.
  • This process uses a chemical binder, which allows molds to be hardened at room temperature without the need for baking.
  • The No-Bake method provides excellent mold strength, durability, and dimensional accuracy.

Shell Molding Machines:

  • We have also be installing shell molding machines for producing high-precision castings.
  • Shell molding allows for a fine surface finish and accurate dimensions, making it ideal for complex and intricate parts.
  • The process involves creating thin-walled molds that enhance casting quality and reduce defects.

Heat Treatment Facility

In-House Heat Treatment Furnace Installation:

  • We have an in-house heat treatment furnace specifically designed for steel casting with Mechanical Agitation.
  • This furnace will enable us to perform heat treatment processes such as annealing, hardening, tempering, and stress relieving on our castings.
